Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your data or account associated with the Selamat application, please follow the steps below.

How to request deletion:

Please send an email to: wangluo678@proton.me

Subject: Data Deletion Request - Selamat

Please include: Your Device ID or any relevant identifiers used within the app.

What data will be deleted?

Personal support history and emails.
Feedback logs and technical identifiers associated with your device.
Any cached configuration data (if applicable).

Retention & Timeline

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 7 business days. Please note that some anonymous technical logs or billing records may be retained for the minimum period required by local laws for tax and audit purposes.

处理时限与保留政策

收到申请后，我们将在 7 个工作日 内完成删除。请注意，部分匿名技术日志或账单记录（如有）将按法律要求的最低期限保留，以备税务审计之需。
